I ordered from monatglobal.com and, based on this one order, their shipping seems solid. My package actually showed up a few days earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough that I wasn’t really worried. I’m knocking off one star because the box seemed to sit for a bit before it started moving, but overall it was a good experience...

The stuff they have is decent, but for some reason the selection feels a bit limited. I just wish there were a few more options to pick from

They did end up helping me, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just expected the whole thing to be handled a lot faster, and it felt like I was waiting around forever. Overall, the help was good, but the timing was frustrating.

I was close to ordering , but after checking things out a bit more , I just didn’t feel great about it . There are too many mixed experiences out there , and the website felt more focused on selling me than actually helping me feel confident . Maybe it worked out fine for other people , but for me , the trust just wasn’t there .

The products were okay nothing bad there. But dealing with the subscription was annoying... I thought I changed my order in time, then it still went through anyway. Canceling or adjusting things should be way more clear. I had to click around a bunch and eventually just contacted support. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, not a great setup

I’ve been using this on my damaged hair and I do feel like it made it a little softer and less rough overall, especially through the middle, but my ends are still dry and crunchy feeling so I’m kind of on the fence because it helped enough that I noticed a difference, just not enough to make my hair feel fully repaired

I tried Monat for about 8 months because a friend kept telling me how amazing it was. At first, I thought she was right, my hair felt soft, smelled really nice, and seemed a little healthier for the first few weeks.
After a while though, my scalp started feeling dry and my hair just looked flat, not better. I also didn’t notice the growth or big healthy change I was hoping for. For the price, plus dealing with the VIP stuff and waiting in a queue just to get help with questions, it ended up feeling like more trouble than it was worth. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ll be honest, I mostly wanted to try Monat because I kept hearing people talk about the scent. I wasn’t totally sure if it would live up to the hype, but yeah... it really does smell good. It’s not too strong or fake, just kind of clean and a little fancy. My hair still smells nice later in the day too, which I love. I’ve tried shampoos that smell amazing in the bottle but fade quickly, so I wasn’t expecting much, but this one actually lasts. Overall, I’m happy with it.

After a couple washes, it started feeling softer and a little less frizzy the next day. It’s not some miracle fix, and my hair still has its bad days, but the moisture is definitely better than before.

Had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service. didn’t expect to hear back that fast. But they replied the same day. Clear answer too. No runaround, no making it complicated. It took a couple messages to fully sort out, but they fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. Overall, good experience.

I went in expecting to hear more about the actual products, but the whole experience felt way more focused on recruiting. It wasn’t really what I thought I was signing up for, i feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair for the time wasted.

I started using Monat because I was getting a little stressed about how much hair I was seeing in the shower drain and on my brush. After a few weeks, I did notice the shedding seemed lighter, especially when I’d run my fingers through my hair after washing it. It wasn’t some overnight dramatic change, and I’m still weirdly checking the drain every time, but there does seem to be less hair than before. The only thing is the price — it’s definitely not cheap, and I keep thinking about that every time I use more than a tiny amount. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m glad I tried it

I tried this a few times hoping it would work for me, but my scalp started burning and itching badly, so I had to stop using it. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was really annoying. Sadly, this one just wasn’t for me.

I got my return sorted out in the end, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to keep checking my emails and receipt details to make sure everything was moving along. It wasn’t a huge hassle, just a little slower than expected

My curls feel so soft now and way less frizzy. i’m really happy with how much smoother they look and feel!
