I started using Monat in July 2018 . My hair was thinning with visibly noticeable scalp from a thyroid issue (not making medical claims here) . The monat shampoo I started using HELPED MY HAIR GROW BACK MORE HEALTHY AND DENSE! Each shampoo has a specific use - so in regards to some of the comments- wrong product - wrong results!!! And just like everything else- you have to use it a specific way too. It’s a leer isn’t curve but one I am so glad I stuck with because my results are incredible! If someone knows how to share a photo- I will gladly share mine. From flat, thin, oily roots and dry ends to full, bouncy waves, full of shine, health and no split ends!!!

I've been using Monat hair care products for almost 10 months now, and I'm thrilled with the results. Before using Monat, I struggled with hair loss and dull, lifeless hair. But since switching to Monat, I've noticed a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my hair.

I’ve been using Monat products since November 2022. I’ve decided to contact Monica for an advice because I had a very greasy hair, and my scalp wasn’t in a good condition after using random shop’s haircare products. I had a free consultation, then ordered the recommended by Monica product and she literally taught me how to wash my hair effectively. I used to have many bad habits, but now I have a knowledge about hair and the best hair care products for my hair. I had many consultations with Monica so far as she is taking care of her clients so we can get the result we wish for. I can see a huge transformation of my hair condition. What’s more, my scalp problems have finally gone after ten years of looking for a solution.

I was impressed with the condition of my friend’s hair, so I scheduled an appointment with Monika (Monat Partner) to find out more about the Monat haircare products. My skin is very sensitive and I also have a skin condition, so I was worried that products may not be appropriate for me. I shared my worries with Monika and after a full assessment, she has carefully chosen products appropriate for my needs and reassured me that if anything goes wrong, we can review this. She has also mentioned that if I receive the products and for any reason, I’m unsatisfied, I can return them up to 30 days. I decided to try because there was no risk, as I could easily return the products and get my money back if I didn’t like it.
After my products arrived Monika scheduled another call with me to explain how to use them. Products are very concentrated and last for a long time and what’s most important for me they are made from natural ingredients. The smell of the products it’s wonderful! I have been using Monat since July 2021 and I cannot imagine my haircare routine without it! My skin condition improved, my hair re-grown, it’s healthier and properly conditioned, even my hairdresser was amazed! Currently, I’m using Renew Shampoo, Advanced Hydrating Conditioner, Super Moist Hair Mask and Rejuvenique Oil along with other conditioning and styling products.
Monika has provided me with the great care and customer service. She always goes beyond and above. Nothing is ever a problem for her and she is happy to assist with any questions or queries. One of Monika’s greatest qualities is that she cares about her customers and tries her best to meet their needs. Through out my journey with Monat she has always been professional and understanding.
I would highly recommend the products as they have worked wonders for me!

I tried MONAT and my scalp instantly started burning! I went to bed thinking maybe it would be better in the morning but it was not. Not only was my scalp burning but it was super tender to touch. I will not be using this again!!!!

The best quality products I ever tried. My hair and skin changes is amazing. My friends and family loves this products too. I Really don't believe this all negative comments. Monat products solves the problems not making them. Not sure who left the bad comments maybe other marketing companies or people paid off to do that .They always offer 30 days return guarantee if you dont like and you could return it, I had some problem with an order as was a different item instead of what I ordered and they without questions in 1 min solved issue and send me other item.

I don't know were all the negative information on Monat Hair Products is coming from have been using the hair products since the beginning of 2023 best Investment for muddy curly hair my hair is so beautiful since I've been using Monay won't curly know issues at all.
Prior housing Monat have almost used every brand on the market in NZ there ok but Monat is the best product with the best results that I have used in the last 30 years know hassles with purchasing sales or products give it ago.

I was gifted Monat in December for my birthday, fast forward three months later and my hair is so damaged. My hair broke off on the ends 2 inches because of how dry monat made my hair. It’s not as thick as it used to either, I wouldn’t recommend this shampoo and conditioner.

Not saying it caused me significant hair loss but I will say I absolutely started losing a TON of hair startinf 2 weeks after I started using the shampoo. Dried my scalp out so bad I had the most disgusting, embarrassing dandruff you cpuld ever imagine and teeny pin point red sores on my head. Hair loss has gotten a little better since I stopped but im still experiencing a significant amount. I wish I never tried the shampoo.

We have not ordered anything in a few years. We stop using this product because it was not good quality. They sent us an order that was supposedly on auto ship. We had to call a couple times to get our money back and still were charged a fee for returning something that we never ordered. Would never recommend this company they are an awful company. We will never use them again and highly recommend that no one ever use them.

People, if you paid $20 to join Monat, and you want to cancel the whole thing, you HAVE to pay $20 again to end it. That is what I was told by my Monat rep. And if you are still interested in ordering Monat products, ask your rep to cancel the flexship and that you will order when you are good and ready.
Also, I see that Walmart and Amazon are selling Monat products.

I have been charged and shipped items 3 times through the flex ship that I retimed for a later month. I got confirmation on the site. Then when I have tried to reach out no one responds. The company does not care about its customers. It’s a scam and I am deleting my account. I’m beyond frustrated and am fed up

My rep was nice and all, but after trying the products for several months, I had to quit. I have (always had) naturally thick hair…immediately after switching to Monat, I noticed large amounts of hair coming out every time I showered (when literally the only change I made was hair product, nothing else about my diet/lifestyle). My rep kept insisting that it was my hair/scalp adjusting, to “trust the process,” but it got so bad that even my stylist (who didn’t know I’d changed products) asked what in the world happened to my hair…she was legitimately concerned by the lumps of hair coming out when she brushed through my hair. (For reference-because I really wanted these products to work-I used Monat exclusively for over 5 months.) My hair is now slowly getting better, but it’s going to take a while to get back to what it was.

I deleted my address and credit card from their system and was still charged for a flexship order I tried to cancel - it’s being shipped to an address I deleted. And their products are overpriced. They’re not great.
